Its a really nice resort, ive stayed there before but this time there was an odd noise coming from one off the walls like a real loud transformer. A Roaring noise coming from 2 walls. Its was very distracting and hard to get rest.

This resort is overall a pretty nice place.. Pros: The rooms were clean and had every kitchen utensil that you would need The fridge is pretty big Check in went smoothly The beds were comfortable The pool was crowded but overall a good time There are plenty of fast food restaurants around if you're looking for a quick bite It's minutes away from arizona mills mall Cons: At check-in you have to put down $300 for a deposit This is a time share place and at cbeck-in you have to talk to someone who pressures you to come to their presentation (the gentleman said that "this how i feed my kids") The smell of sewer in our bathrooms was incredibly gross and we needed to keep the doors closed at all times The walls are INCREDIBLY thin, you can hear everything going on in the next room including snoring and conversation Parking can be tough, you might have to walk a little if it's a busy time Definitely need more chairs at the pool Getting staff on the phone is kinda hard, you definitely want to text them to get them any sort of message Our fridge was incredibly noisy Again, the walls are paper.thin!! Nice place, needs some improvements

I didn’t like the fact that I had to call security at 12:30am then again at 2am for a party that they should have stopped the first time I called. Would never refer this place to anyone, the people that work at the front desk are dumb, no customer service skills, it’s old! The restaurant is horrible!! The food totally sucked. The only thing nice was the pool! Otherwise negative stars!!

Knowing it was a "time share" resort, I still disliked that they keep you an extra 5 minutes at check in time to try to sell you their product. Yes, you can say no, which I did, but you have to say no like 5 different times to different people. Once you say no once, it should be known. The pool area is fine at absolute best. You would think for a time share property they would make the pool area a bit more lively. Maybe a nicer bar area, music/dj/, activities going on. Something else would have been nice. Not to say that is for everyone, and it just being a hole with water also has it's advantages, but it just felt less than what it should have been, IMO. The rooms and overall property were nice and it was still a great stay for the 2 nights I was there for a wedding.
