The property is very Beautiful and scenic. The main issue was there was a giant cockroach in the room that they put me in. When I requested to be moved to a different room, they moved me to the room straight above the room with the cockroach.

Not a very positive experience for me. I reserved a four night stay at the property. The property itself has great grounds and great amenities. Plenty to do once you're there. The problem was I was in a lower unit, twice... The first unit I had to move out of due do a popping in the walls. I had a maintenance person come out but there was nothing he could do. He said he had heard that specific building and a few others were due for maintenance. The desk clerk then asked when my stuff would be moved so that they could clean it and rent it to someone else. Why? So they would have to deal with it? After convincing the desk clerk to move me to another building I would have gladly kept the first room to avoid two nights of listening to the people above me with three kids run around the unit above until 1100 at night and then the parents up at 600 am If you have an upper unit you probably will have no issues. I really don't like leaving negative reviews. But management needs to figure out if it's worth it to receive these reviews and continue to put their staff in a horrible position of navigating customer dissatisfaction who by the way know exactly what the issues are, they knew all about it.
