Staff was courteous and room was basically clean but very tired. There were rips in the wallpaper, bare spots in the carpet (could see the wood underneath), broken faucet in bathtub, phone in the room was without receiver or connection. Slider latch was broken, it appeared someone tried to fix it with a block of wood but couldn't open slider (to get to balcony) or close it. There was a gap that allowed bugs and sound from the very noisy and busy street to come in all night long. Pool was dirty.

This Motel 6 needs a lot of work. Broken lamps, holes in rug, no bedspreads, no TV in bedroom. Handle on tub was broken so you could only shower. I think this must be a spring break hotel and visitors ruin the rooms, which are not repaired. I did appreciate the refrigerator and microwave, which both worked!

The room had dog piss stains all over the carpet the air conditioner did not work, the bathroom door did not close, black mold on bathroom ceiling, had to ask for sheets so we could sit on the dirty sofa and chair. The door to the bedroom had a hole in it and the hinges were broke so you couldn’t shut it. Stepped on explosed tack strip between the kitchen area and the hall. Asked for a receipt and only got one you have to ask for two if you use a different card for you deposit! Lady hung up on me. Only one of 3 elevators worked the place itself is nasty. The staff maid, and maintenance did the best they could. Andy desevers a raise. Stay clear of this rundown motel.

Just awful. There are people living in this motel and they were loud at all hours of the night. A car was parked right outside the window blasting music at 5am. Had to call the police. Worst motel I've ever stayed at.

Our room was less than ideal, we drove from California and decided to book for the above average reviews and did not receive that. The non smoking room had a cigarette butt in between the screen door that led to the patio, that also has a ripped hole in it. Writing on the bed frame, walls and furniture, the ac not working in an already stuffy room, waterpressure not working and also being antagonized by other residents were not great either. The only thing that made it a decent stay was the beds and sheets were clean, other than that the stay was not amazing.

Misinformation and false advertising as far as I'm concerned. The room decor is extremely dated, beds are very hard, and the heat was stuck on even though it was 72 outside. The pool and hot tub are closed because they flood the lower level rooms. Continental breakfast does not exist as they do not have a kitchen to prepare anything, nor seating if they carried anything in. We looked to go elsewhere but everything was booked. Our 2nd night brought fights in the parking lot, security alarms going off, police were called twice. Elevators do not work and we were on the 3rd floor. This is a trap house, not a motel. The only positive experience we had was with the overnight front desk staff who were very understanding and helped they best they could.

Service staff was fine, but the rest was a disaster. It’s a tweeker squat motel. Black mold all over the bathroom. Blood stains on the carpet. Patio door lock was broken. Light bulbs missing from lamps. Someone tried to break into our room. Meth pipes litter the walkways. For the same price, you could stay in an area that doesn’t have nor need an armed security guard.

The cleanliness of the room was very poor. There were visible blood stains in the bathroom, which was very disturbing and unacceptable. I also did not feel comfortable with the hotel’s location, as the area felt unsafe. Overall, the stay did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness, organization, and comfort.
