Formal Complaint About My Stay in Room 222 To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing from the moment I arrived. First, the front desk staff was notably rude and unhelpful, which set a negative tone for the rest of my stay. I was assigned Room 222, where the air conditioning unit made a loud, constant noise that made it nearly impossible to sleep. The mattress was uncomfortably hard, and I woke up with back pain the following morning. On top of that, the neighboring room had loud altercations during the night, including yelling and what sounded like them throwing belongings — further disrupting any chance of rest. To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The bedsheets had cigarette burns, and the towels were stained, which is far below any reasonable standard for hygiene and comfort. Overall, this was a horrible experience, and I believe it’s only fair to bring these issues to your attention in the hope that future guests are not subjected to similar conditions. I expect a response and some form of compensation for this extremely poor stay.

It took 3 times for me to get into my room. The clerk kept giving me key card for room 121 that DIDN'T WORK!!!!! He finally moved me to another room. The AC was off so then room was hot when I went in. The fixtures were shabby -- there was evidence of a water leak around the air conditioning vent, there was mold around the bath tub, I had work to do and needed some light to do it. None of the lights had a decent wattage bulb. The clientele was scurvey at best and hanging around outside instead of in their rooms.

The room was extremely dirty, and smelled heavily of cigarettes. The AC in the room did not work, and most of the lighting in the room did not work. I drove 8 hours to Arizona, so I was obviously tired and wanting to go to my room. The receptionist saw me back in park and said nothing about it. I had no idea this was not allowed. Once I went to my room she had my car towed. Worst experience of my life.

Air condition did not work. 100 degrees outside the door. 100 plus inside the room. Request another room because of the temperature inside. Promised to get another room in 30 minutes, never happen. 3 hours later finally got another room after another face-to-face request. Phone didn't work in the room. Bed was not made Keys for the room did not work had too repeatedly request another key to open the doors. Request other items and never received them. That room was not a premium room that I reserved. More like a below standard room.

I stayed here for almost a month and the staff was ALWAYS wonderful! Very friendly and pleasant. I definitely recommend this place for short or long-term stays; especially if you have limited funds. Lots of food places, convenience stores & shopping within walking distance. Starbucks, Waffle House, McDonald's, QT, Kohls, Walmart just to name a few. If you don't want to walk there is a bus stop conveniently located right in front of the motel. I would definitely stay here again.
