Awful experience!!!!! The room was dirty, toilet kept clogging so there was a plunger next too it. It was very noisy all night long. Every day there were homeless on the stairways and in the courtyard spreading their gear everwhere and blocking access to our room which was upstairs. There is a criminal element happening there as you can tell in the clientele.

There were no pillows when I checked into my rm. It took about an hour for someone to bring them to me after I walked to the office (cuz I wasn't able to call the office since there was no cord to the phone in the rm) to let them know there were none in the rm. It was pretty late but when I was ready to go to bed I realized the linens looked not so clean so I again went to the office to ask for another set & more towels which neither were possible cuz apparently they don't leave extra linens w/the overnight shift? But hey, @ least they had a roll of toilet paper to give me.
