Your potential stay-casa is located in a vibrant and well-known area of Phoenix, Arizona. The neighborhood often referred to as the Arcadia Lite district, is characterized by its mix of historic charm and modern amenities. Arcadia Lite is a sub-section of the larger Arcadia area, known for its lush landscaping, citrus groves, and a blend of older, ranch-style homes with newer, contemporary residences. The neighborhood is popular among young professionals, families, and retirees due to its central location, community feel, and proximity to amenities.

The neighborhood boasts a wide range of dining options from casual eateries to fine dining establishments. Local favorites include The Henry, La Grande Orange Grocery & Pizzeria, and Postino Arcadia.
You can enjoy access to a variety of boutique shops, specialty stores, and larger shopping centers. The Camelback Corridor, a nearby commercial area, offers a variety of retail and dining options.

Guests have full access to the entire property except for a single hall closet we use for storage. Pool access in compliance with the condo management.

Our unit is well-appointed with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a cozy living space with a smart TV.

We provide limited quantities of basic items to get your stay started, including toilet paper, paper towel, soap, salt and pepper, sugar, tea, and coffee. Should you require more, please plan accordingly.

We provide one bath towel per registered guest. Should you need more please plan accordingly.

BEWARE! This property is the worst I have ever stayed in. First off, the front door lock was broken. We could not use it. Had to go in the garage door. That was fine until the battery on the garage door went dead. Unfortunately for us, that occurred on the morning of a tour and we could not meet the tour at the pick-up point. We had to go get a battery ourselves. We contacted the host and they gave us the code to a lock box for a key. Unfortunately that did not give us enough time to make our tour. The host refused to refund anything but the battery cost. We were out hundreds of dollars. Besides that fiasco, the place is dirty. Dishes were put away with food on them. Glasses were smeared. They provided 5 bath towels, 3 hand towels and 2 washcloths for us. Towels were rolled up wet. When we unrolled them to dry, the white towels were horribly stained. We didn't think then, but the next day after using (ugh) we washed the towels and they came out clean. So, housekeeping rolled up dirty towels!!! The house sleeps 6 but there are only 3 seats in the living room by the TV. The kitchen chairs had their plastic runners broken off, so they were wobbly. One had a cigarette burn in it. One of the bar stool chairs also had a broken runner. The living room table was broken. Half of the hinge was sticking out. Master bathroom sink was plugged up. Used it the first night. Still had not drained in the morning. We told the host but they did nothing.

Our host was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing weekend girls’ trip. The beds were super comfy, and the location was great—restaurants and shops were all around, which made everything convenient. Highly recommend staying here!

Great Location, property as expected

Property seems to be newer construction. Beds were very comfortable. Location is perfect for access to restaurants in the area. Everything was clean. Stocked with standard necessities, TP, paper towels, shampoo/conditioner, etc. Property owner was very easy to work with. We were there on a golf trip, perfect for 3 guys all having separate space and bathrooms.
