As you enter this room you will be greeted with a family style suite that has two queen beds in it. The adjacent room features a bunk bed with an en suite bathroom and shower. These rooms are perfect for a family to share the common spaces with.
Upstairs Master Bedroom 2:
This room is our second Master bedroom featuring a King bed, flat screen television, an en suite bathroom, shower and tub. This room also features a wet bar as well as a private door leading to a beautiful balcony that overlooks the pool and patio. A set of stairs from the balcony allows quick access to the outside entertainment.
Upstairs Bedroom 7:
This room features a King bed, flat screen television, plus an en suite bathroom, with a stand-up shower.
Upstairs Bedroom 8 & 9:
These rooms both feature a Kind Bed, with a flat screen television and a private balcony. These rooms share a bathroom located directly outside both of them featuring double vanities and a stand-up shower.
Casita (Bedroom 10):
This room is located past the garage and has a queen bed and en suite bathroom with a shower. It also features its own private area with a kitchen and living room.
Bonus Game Room (Bedroom 11):
This room is located behind a secret wall in the casita living room. This room has full bunks and twin bunks and a giant couch to enjoy movies from. This also has a game room in it to escape and enjoy along with two balconies.

The City has not provided a reference to the municipal code which limits maximum occupancy rates, nor have we been able to find it, but to avoid fines and a lengthy legal process we have granted their request. Thank you for your understanding.
