YOU WILL HAVE THE ENTIRE PROPERTY TO YOURSELF.

When you stay in this gorgeous pool home, you have the entire space to yourself. You can use all the rooms and amenities, including the washers and dryers, outdoor spaces, etc.

From here, you`re just minutes from the local grocery stores, Old Town, and some of the area`s best shopping and dining venues. You`re also a short drive from some of Scottsdale’s most beautiful natural landmarks, hiking trails, golf courses, and other outdoor recreation spots.

Max guests: 12-18. No unregistered guests or parties/events will be permitted without the host`s prior approval.
Check-in: 3:00 PM; Check-out: 10:00 AM. Self-check-in with lockbox/SmartLock.
No smoking anywhere on the property. Fee for violation: $1000.
Pets: Allowed. If allowed, $250 pet fee and rules apply.
The pool is for guests only. Adult supervision required for children. No glass in the pool area.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Respect neighbors.
Please dispose of trash in designated bins and follow recycling instructions.
