I was extremely disappointed with Premier Inns Tolleson, AZ USA Hotel Conditions...Dirty, Bugs, No Dining, No Coffee Pot or Hair Dryer. Wifi Scam..One had to pay extra & separate for Wifi which often did not work. But even more serious the Wifi provider compromised my telephone & computer...Meta Reported. Not a Safe area.

The Party Spot

This is not a hotel to bring kids. Ray traps under the stairs, drunken tailgate parties until 2a. My girls and I had to walk through a cloud of marijuana. This would be a good place to stay after a concert/ballgame.

Don’t forget anything personal belongings here. I had a bad experience where I forgotten some valuables. I noticed within a few hours. Called the front desk and said there was nothing left. That was impossible because I didn’t have it with me. She asked me to speak to the supervisor the next day. She stated the same and was even going to check on thr maid and call me back. It’s been a week and still waiting for her call. I have left things before at other hotels and they either will call me Or I call them and they will tell me my stuff is here. This place robs customers. Very disappointed. Not only that is filled with roaches and floor was so dirty….disgusting. So don’t turn of the lights. Never ever again will I stay at this place. I will definitely spend the word out when spring training comes around again.

The room my son and I stayed in had cockroaches crawling all over. The room itself looked like it hadn't been cleaned. The only thing that might have been clean was the towels, but we didn't use the shower because it was not clean and had cockroaches in and out of it. I tried to reach out to the property for a refund but never got a response back from them.

Unacceptable Room and Experience

This was the first - perhaps the only - hotel in over twenty years with NO Wi-Fi, an essential for anybody traveling on business. The non-smoking room reeked of smoke, so much so that after returning home all of my clothing had to be either washed or dry cleaned. The room was filthy, and after walking around for just a few minutes with my white socks on, the soles were blackened with dirt. The tub was rusty and the other infrastructure of the room (tiles, TV) was sub-sub-standard.

Disgusting

This was quite possibly the worst hotel we've ever stayed in. The room was filthy, smelled horrible, cold water tap didn't work, the ac/heater sounded like an airplane getting ready to take off, and our shoes stuck to the bathroom tiles. The bathtub was so gross i decided to wait until I got home to shower. We threw everything into the wash because of the smell absorbed from the room.
