If you like hot water for showers, DONT stay here! staff very nice, but after a long day of traveling with kids to have a cold shower was the worst!! I gave 3 stars because staff that night was very nice and was very clean... we were accomadated to another room but the water was not as warm as it should be, and after a call to the manager from staff, he claimed it was cold because it was late and everyone was taking showers!!!

I’ve always been a function over form advocate and from that from that standpoint the room itself is fine. Close to the mall and multiple options for dining are nearby. I only stayed a couple of hours to shower due to plumbing problems, shower too slippery to be safe for anyone especially old people like me.

I like the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This app asked me how I liked the breakfast. *There was NO breakfast available, because it is New Years. I chose this hotel because of the breakfast. I believe I should be given a discount Or a voucher for a future stay.
