Decent for the price. Bring your own toiletries as soap/shampoo/conditioner are not actually provided. Breakfast was ok. Juice machine was not working, pancake machine also not working. There were English muffins for toasting, but they were literally too hard (stale) to bite into. There were eggs potatoes and cereal.

We reserved two, 2 bedroom suites. Confirmed by my reservation paperwork. We were given one 2 bedroom suite and 1 king size bed with a pullout in the room. No other options available. We checked out the next day from the 1 bedroom suite and were refused a refund of any kind for the horrible conditions.Because we used Expedia we were bumped to the 1 bedroom suite. Never Again

Don’t stay here…disgusting!

Televisions did not work. Called maintenance and he could not fix. Told us that he TV did not work in the unit and to not call him again because he would be going home. Lights went on and off, showers hissed, beds were dirty, They refused to provide cups for coffee during breakfast… I could go on and on. They should be absolutely ashamed that they charge as much as they do.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke the entire stay. Called the front desk about this several times. The first time nothing was done. The second time maintenance dropped off a can of Lysol disinfectant to spray for the smell. No accommodations or even apologies came from staff about this. Hair dryer did not work as well.

$170 for a night, we thought the place was going to be worth our money. upon checkin and getting our room. Room 824 was dirty as hell. stained carpet, alot of crumbs and trash under the bed and couch. We told front desk and they sent a house keeper guy to clean up the mess. while he was vacuuming, he pointed out more stains on the coffee table we never knew was there. After that we took pictures and were clearly disgusted. after showering we still felt dirty after checkout. was told to wait till monday to speak to a manager? i expect this from motel 6 but not from a suite that charges 170.

It took eight hours to receive new bedding after multiple attempts with the front desk. When I got there, my door did not lock. The table was completely wobbly. The microwave did not work very unhappy with my stay.
