You will have access to the pool, gym, bbq, and common areas.

Your group will have sole access to the entire unit.

Grills, games, fire pits etc.. are first come first serve.

➢ ☆★ You must have a wristband and fob to enter the pool or amenity area. If you lose it we cannot guarantee you will get another and you may lose access to the pool. You have to pay $60 for each band and $250 for a fob so you will need to pay this BEFORE we will get another. The time it takes to get another is at our discretion. DO NOT go the office asking for one. They will only communicate with us on this.
