For the price, SpringHill is a great option. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast options are sufficient, with the quiche being the best choice, while the eggless eggs were like eating dry pieces of cereal. The hotel is close to the airport, so the sound of airplane engines is quite loud. However, if you turn up the fan, it blocks out most of the sound. The staff were friendly and professional.

We received extremely horrible customer service from the front desk clerk. She was extremely rude and had a very unpleasant attitude every time we dealt with her. The hotel itself its in a nice area, seemed clean.

Told us cleaners left for the entire weekend so we are not able to get extra pillows ( no pillows were provided for the sofa bed) Front desk lady was not welcoming at all. Asked for id and a credit card and gave us our keys, no smile or any kind of friendliness in her greeting. After a long trip down to phoenix from Canada it was not a pleasent welcome. My family and I will not be choosing springhill in the future.

Building is very poorly maintained and dirty. Stains on carpets and wall everywhere. Pool gates broken and chairs are gross! Room was semi clean but bets are terrible! Also if you want to sleep done stay here because planes fly over constantly.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was very good. The only thing was staff. The night lady seemed like she was bothered when I rang the phone (no one at the front desk) when checking in. Then I asked for additional pillows and seemed like the was bothered and didn’t want to be there. No smiling or anything. Other than that it was a good experience.
