The lobby was rundown. When I entered the energy was chaotic. Various guests were demanding refunds because rooms were dirty and smelt of urine. The woman in front of me said, “Don’t stay here. It’s disgusting. Just get a refund.” So that’s what we did.

Cigarette burn on the bathroom wall. Rooms stink of stale cigarettes. Very old and dated furniture. Pool and hot tub both cold water and dirty. Elevator floor looked like it hadn't seen a mop in months. Definitely will not be staying here again.

The carpet was in bad shape. It had stains all over and completely torn on the threshold between the kitchen and bedroom. The room smelled really bad. The handle inside the sliding shower door was ready to fall off. There were holes in the screen of the patio door. There was supposed to be complimentary coffee from 7-9. I went at 8:30 and it was empty.

Room was great and looked clean but because of the cigarette smell made it seemed it was cleaned. It was a non-smoking room and it stench of cigarette and asked if I could be relocated because I couldn’t sleep with smell they said all the rooms are like that! The property was so gross, filthy, dirty unkempt, i would never think of trying jacuzzi. Walk ways & 4 level walk ways & elevator horrible. People smoking on all 4 levels. Cigarettes butts thrown about. Numerous dogs & cats about property & in rooms. Terrible odor in our actual room 424. Bed broken down - major sink hole in matress. Would never stay there again or recommend to anyone.
