The place is run down and needs lots of renovations, little to no ammenites and the room was such a disappointment, the bed was old and the place was unclean. Management needs to improve this place because it's in a great location.

The property smelled from the moment you entered the lobby. The smell carried throughout and into the rooms. The smell made you sick it was so pungent.

I was just disappointed for the price of the room. Everything was very minimal and appeared poorly decorated. I’ve been to the Clarendon before and enjoyed my stay. It seems to have declined heavily in the last few years.

Staff was amazing, room had a few issues with.

Start of the day with greeting of staff which was immediately with a welcoming smile. After checking I had few issues with my key card but no biggie I was helped out with that problem immediately. I do recommend double check of not only room condition (which mine was great), but as well to assure all appliances, outlets, ac, ect… are functional before renting it out to the next guest.
