Se on 2 makuuhuoneen, 2 kylpyhuoneen koti noin 974 m² jalkaa, joka sijaitsee Phoenix, lähellä Paradise Valley. Check in was great with Sasha. Improvements? Please clean the entire home. Under the couch was full of dust bunnies and food. Also, please make sure everything works, Some lights didn't work, toilet paper holders were broken or poorly installed. Drains were very slow in one bathroom. Screen door was bent and broken. Overall OK but when one pays the equivalent to 9,000/month one would expect close to perfection.

Great cozy house

I rated it Excellent because the updates were beautiful. Everything was clean and comfortable. Nice and cozy for 4 people. It was too cold to use the pool but in warmer weather I'm sure it would be enjoyable as well as private. It's a very convenient location to eating establishments and shopping. I had a couple of questions and tried to reach out to the manager by email without a response. I called him instead and he answered right away. I would stay there again...

Would rent again

We thought this home was great. The pool area, grill and the bedrooms on each end of the home was perfect. I would highly recommend an upgrade in mattresses to match all the other nice things about this house. The property manager responded very quickly. Except for the mattresses. Five stars!!!

Great Stay

We were here for a short stay to move our daughter home from college. Our stay was great, but quick! The house was equipped with everything we needed, and felt at home! The pool was clean and well-maintained, as was the rest of the home. Would definitely stay again if an opportunity comes up!

Stranger came in without ringing door

Someone entered the house while I was there with my wife without ringing bell he lied that he did ring. When I sent him away he came from the back of the property I felt very uncomfortable it killed the all enjoyment I spent so much money and I regret it

Stayed while being operated at Mayo Clinic. So close transportation. I used the pool daily. Water temperature was great! If this trip was for pleasure would have been better. Home was exactly as stated

Great place for time away with my hubby and dogs!

Perfect size for two people, would have been good for 4. Updated with a little style, but loved that it was compatible with my dogs! Fully fenced yard for the dogs, and huge bonus, the pool was separately fenced so I didn't have to fight to keep the dogs out of it. It was well stocked with towels and basic necessities (even coffee, which was great because I forgot to buy/ bring some). The host(s) were really easy to work with, very responsive.

Excellent First-Time Experience

Really fit our needs as to location; was extremely clean and easy to communicate with property manager. While the TV offered many options, they did not match our interests, and cold weather prevented enjoying the otherwise attractive pool. Definitely will consider VRBO again in the future when it fits our needs.

Great home away from home

This property was spacious and great for us and our two dogs. We enjoyed the pool. Communication from property manager was good. Easy check in and check out process. The master bed wasn't super comfortable is the only complaint. Rock area for the dogs, outdoor table, dining room table, living room, kitchen with everything we needed. They even provided the coffee and fridge had ice machine and filtered water. The TVs had streaming services.

The house was the perfect size for my sister and me as I recovered from a major knee surgery. My only issue was the cleanliness of the floor. It did not appear as though it had been swept well and/or mopped. It was quite dirty with hair, etc.

Pleasant two month stay

The house is clean and nicely decorated. There's a smoke smell each time you enter though I believe it was from long ago, that smell never leaves so we purchased an atomizer and that helped. The pool was kept at a comfy temp during the cooler Feb/Mar days we were there and when the heater acted up, the management company quickly addressed the problem. Traffic noise and light pollution, along with an uncomfortable out-of-the-box mattress made sleeping in the second bedroom difficult. John, I'd change out the mattress! Otherwise, we made it our home away from home successfully for 2 months.

VRBO Stay

The interior didn't match the exterior and/or neighborhood. The interior was very well done and clean but the neighbors had used/stained recliners and couches on the front lawn. I think we were more in Phoenix than Paradise Valley.

Long stay

The neighborhood is very quiet. Location is close to highways, yet without any noise. Pool is well maintained and wonderful. The house itself is functional. Indoor and outdoor furniture, rugs, appointments and kitchen and are very worn and need updating.

Heated pool!

This property was cozy and functional for your girls get away! We hiked all morning till the sun was high in the backyard and enjoyed the heated pool till the sun went down. This trip was early February. Restaurants where open and we enjoyed dining on the patios with heaters when we did not prepared food at the house.
