The bathroom sink was dirty and had hairs. The beds suck, it was the cheapest hotel ever. No warm blankets and the heater stunk bad. The hallway stunk like old building. I do not recommend

In order to receive clean towels had to return used towels. They accommodate you with a refrigerator and stovetop but no utensils. Would think twice before I stay there again.

1st room, people already in it. 2nd room wasn't finished being cleaned. 3rd room was finished. Got in with the family put out stuff away. Then left for 2 hours to come back to raoches all over our food. Removed the blankets cauuse why not. Hair/pubes. Just mind blowingly bad. Whole 3rd floor smells of urine. None of this is exaggerated.

I had been staying at this location on and off for about 6 weeks, making a new reservation daily to extend, so I could pay by the day. Yesterday on 11/26/25, a new manager started and was completely rude to me and my family. He forced his way into my locked room and spooked my daughter who then began to feel unsafe and wanted to leave immediately. Instead of checking to make sure I had a new reservation in the system before barging into my room, he called me and demanded to know why I did not come to the front desk to check out at 11am amongst many other questions that he would not allow me answer. He stated he did not see my new reservation, although it had been booked at 3am (just like any other day), but then later found it when I offered to send him a copy of the reservation confirmation. Due to the unprofessionalism of the new GM, and safety concerns, I will not be returning. There is a manner to speak with guests and what happened was completely uncalled for. Kudos to all the other amazing ladies that work the front desk and the housekeeping staff at this location. They are all very professional, friendly and courteous every time we encountered them. Those ladies took care of me every single day and I want them to know that I appreciate them!!

Very little amenities, for such a hot location there wasn't even ice. It was pretty dingy and the staff told us we had to empty our own trash into the garbage bin outside. I do not recommend.

Upon walking into the lobby it smelled like weed. Walking down the hallway, it smelled like weed. No hair dryers. The bed was very hard and the pillows were so flat. The floor was dirty. The people next to me were so loud until midnight. And then the people above me at 1am started stomping around. Didn’t get much sleep.

Check in was quick and good unfortunately you could tell when we got in the room that they had recently sprayed it down with bug spray and small roaches still in the room. Under the beds had not been properly cleaned as there was still food and trash. Walls are paper thin as are the beds. You can hear every little noise which made it hard to sleep and for a smoke free facility there was a heavy smell of weed smoke near the elevator and back entrance. First and last time i would stay there . I would say you get what you paid for, but they’re charging more than what it’s worth.
