Disgusting hotel,very poorly managed,staff ignorant to guests ,room was not cleaned daily even after asking ,a 11% extra charge was demanded on the bill when trying to use a debit card to settle the account,this hotel should be avoided

The staff was always helpful and the hotel clean. The morning breakfast was basic for me but I generally do not eat early in the day. By 9:15am all trays would be empty. Slim pickings. Location through me off a bit. I was not expecting the area to be rows and rows of 80% empty buildings. Mind you if they were all filled, I sure would not enjoy the big crowds. The area is already crowded with tour busses full bringing people to the beach.

Stayed for 3 nights…..Nice room, new bedding, great aircon and flatscreen tv, rain shower etc However, breakfast was poor (very limited) and the service left a lot to be desired. On Day 2 the housekeeping left my windows wide open all day and upon my return in the evening the room was full of mosquitoes and stank of food cooking. They also hadn’t provided any fresh towels. Then on Day 3 it got even worse! I put the make up room sign on my door when i left at 9am and only return at 4pm, i was told they would come at 7pm so exited the room at this time only to return and find they had never bothered to make up the room. The manager was a very nice young lady, very apologetic and explained they don’t have enough staff but for me it’s inexcusable the service provided and i wouldn’t return.

Comfortable, clean, and newly furnished room. Friendly staff, though not fluent in English. Fantastic location, just 3 minutes from a beautiful beach, but some areas are restricted as it’s a private beach for nearby resorts. Limited food options and activities nearby, and breakfast gets repetitive after a few days. Still, one of the best and most value for money accommodation in the area.

The rooms was clean and neat, very very nice especially for the price. A convenience store is located nearby. Also 5 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. The only two things i didn’t like was that since we arrived after midnight at the hotel, there was no one at the reception and the hotel door was locked…. Thanks to the taxi driver who helped us call the hotel, otherwise we would have thought this hotel had shut down… Also the sound proofing is pretty bad, because other guests were talking loud outside our room at 7am and we could hear everything…

Rooms vere nice and clean and the hotel is very close to the beach. The staff were friendly enough. The breakfast was not good and one day I found little animals in the dryed oats that I had eaten the day before. So I don’t recommend their complimentary breakfast unless they start caring about what they serve their customers.

Rummet var fantastiskts med nära till stranden och mycket ljus. Det var också otroligt bekvämt med handdukar, vatten och solkräm tillgängligt vid stranden och poolen så man slapp tänka på logistiken.

Il n y avait pas d eau dans la douche pendant 2jours à cause de travaux et le ménage n a pas été fait 1 jour De plus le personnel ne parlait pratiquement pas l anglais alors qu il s agit d une zone très touristique

Tydelig skittent. Badet trenger en grundig skrubb, hår i sluken. Vi hadde ikke vann, måtte bytte rom. Masse støv og søppel under seng. Personalet var dårlig i engelsk, men prøvde så godt de kunne. Pga språkbarrierer blir også servicen dårligere da det blir dårlig kommunikasjon.

Hårda nätter

On letar efter ett billigt men ändå hyffsat rent och inte allt för slitet 2 stjärnigt hotell nära stranden med tegelstenar till sängmadrasser så får man valuta för pengarna. Skulle jag bo där igen, nej.
