This was my 2nd stay at B&B Patong Beach House. It's not a luxury resort, but it's very good value for money. The location is good, being about 200m from the beach and an easy walk to many restaurants and bars. My room had been recently renovated, was spotless when I arrived, and was cleaned every day. The staff are all very helpful and efficient. The front desk arranged for my laundry to be taken care of, and booked me a taxi to get to the airport at the end of my stay. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Patong.

Don’t be fooled by the outside - this is an amazing hotel. When I arrived my driver and I couldn’t find it at first. It’s sort of hidden away. Don’t get discouraged with when walking in - trust me the rooms are amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a laundry service on site. Had my laundry down twice while staying here - and let me tell you - my clothes smelled so good. Fresh and clean and folded. They do iron if you request. Hotel is about a block from the beach, restaurants, bars, shopping. Great location.

The place is under renovation but has a long way to go. For a little more cost you will easily find better.

Poor B & B near beach with no facilities

I booked the hotel going by photos and so called guest rating. This old B & B has no lift so if old or incapacitated do not go to this "hotel". The only tv had only 2 channels that worked. The shower was part of bathroom no screens. Whole bathroom gets a good soaking. Bed was quite comfortable. Toelws like cardboard. This is a 1 or at the most 1.5 star rating. Should advertise as B & B not hotel. Very disappointed.

Humidité dans toute la chambre, la clim fait un bruit énorme l’eau, j’ai l’impression qu’on se lavaient vraiment avec de l’eau des égouts. C’était horrible, les serviettes qu’on nous donnait sentaient l’humidité et le pipi chambre hyper petite pour deux personnes zéro rangement le frigo, il y avait de l’eau qui futée Des moustiques de partout et on nous a volé de l’argent Attention il n’y a pas d’ascenseur. Très compliqué avec des grosses valises !!!
