Overall the experience was pretty good although I spent a lot on Grabs and walked 20000 steps a day getting to this place. The room shuttles are good and needed unless you feel like climbing a million stairs to your room. Once in the room it's nice but a little weathered. The front desk is busy and not the most welcoming environment, it's pretty hectic. The breakfast is average, give it a miss. We had a strange encounter with housekeeping. They came in room and said we broke a glass. Took our photo and said $100 baht. More charming places to stay than here.

Location was an inconvenience, way up on top on the hill. They only had a shuttle that transferred people 2 times a day to the mall or beach. You will end up spending a lot on a taxi multiple times a day. Once you get to the hotel you will then have to wait to be shuttled to and from your room from the lobby. Kind of a hassle. The room wasn’t the best had a very hard bed.

The property was just outstanding. Staff was polite, patient and very helpful. I specifically want to mention the bartender near restaurant for his help. Pool was absooute amazing. It was clean and fresh with no trace of chlorine. Thanks for the hospitality.

Patong Bay Hill The room itself was lovely, spacious, and comfortable, with a great layout that made it easy to relax. Lovely swimming pool at your door. However, I was very disappointed with the kitchen setup. For a self-contained unit, there were absolutely no essentials provided — no plates, cups, cutlery, or basic cooking items. When I asked, I was told there was an extra charge to have them, which I find unreasonable given the price I have stayed at a lot of properties and never before had to pay for utensils. Overall, while the accommodation itself was pleasant, the lack of proper kitchen facilities really let it down.

Beds are amazing, always have the best sleep here. And it’s far enough out of the way of the chaos of Patong to not experience the 24/7 noise. We stayed in the cabins again, and again loved our stay. Absolutely nothing to complain about. My partner loves the massages/spa treatments they have on offer there. She would have gone everyday if I let her. House keeping is amazing too, they are so fast and do such an amazing job. I left tips for them but they didn’t touch them once, which i felt bad about but made me trust this place and its work force even more. You really can trust them, unlike many other places in Patong. I’ve had multiple items and money stolen from my rooms in other resorts and hotels in Patong, but never at Patong bay hill. Thank you for having us again. Hope to be visiting you again soon.

Convenient and good views.

The resort offers a free shuttle bus to Patong Beach, which is a great convenience. There's also a shuttle car that picks you up from your room to the lobby — very helpful and efficient. The balcony view was excellent, and the bed was comfortable with a spacious room layout. The only downside was that the main road (high street) is quite a long walk away, which at times made us feel a bit isolated. It would be fantastic if the shuttle car could also provide access to the main road.

Booked the jacuzzi cottage and unfortunately there’s no hot water for the jacuzzi and we were not informed prior to booking. I probably would not have booked if I knew. The cottages are also perched up very steep hills! And many of the cottages surrounding are still under construction
