On day 2, we were woken at 6am by the owner demanding access due to a water leak downstairs. Later the same day, we discovered the room was swarming with ants and whilst we were out sightseeing that day, the letting agent decided to simply turn our water off completely, leaving us with no shower, toilet, etc. We were then repeatedly contacted by the agent, wanting us to attend for repairs, etc. They did offer to move us to another apartment but in a completely different town and requiring a lot of time and effort wasted on our holiday.

We feel very fortunate to have been a guest at Blu Jade, the apartment is close to all public transportation. Communication with our host Martina was effortless and we truly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely recommend Blu Jade to our friends.

Our stay at the Jade Blu house was wonderful! I booked it last minute due to a mixup with another booking I had in Sorrento. Once I booked it Martina reached out with check-in instructions and asking if we needed any help with transportation to the property. We arrived via train from Naples, and found that the apartment was a very quick and easy walk from the station. Getting into the apartment was easy thanks to detailed instructions. The apartment itself was clean, bright and spacious. The area it was in was very lively and we were a little worried about noise, but it was peacefully quiet for sleeping! The terrace was wonderful and we managed to get a bit of afternoon time out there one day. Martina was very responsive with any questions we had. This was a great stay and we absolutely loved it as our home base while exploring Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi!

Nos sentimos como en casa, apartamento espacioso, con una estupenda terraza, cocina con todo lo necesario, incluso con sal y aceite! Camas cómodas. Sin dudarlo, repetiría. Martina, muy atenta en todo momento.
