we have never been to the Pickering casino before, nice room on the top floor, we stayed 2 nights. We were attending the Clutch concert at the arena. It's nice how everything is close. We really enjoyed dinner at Copperhorn steak house so much we went back the next day.

Mediocre hotel for the price. Front desk should notify guests to park their vehicles in the parkade on the west side of the building...nobody did, so when I drove around from the front desk, I parked at the closest parking lot only Ω=-I thought nothing of it... Upon checkout, I was told to walk around the building outside because my carryon luggage would not be permitted walking-through the Casino. This inconvenience could've been solved with some more thoughtful communication upon check-in. Also perhaps check the bedside alarm clocks in the rooms before new guests arrive so that they are not woken up at 6AM because they forgot to figure out/check if it was set in the first place.

Was not impressed, for a casino resort We expected a lot more class. No valet service, rooms just very average at too much cost for what was provided. Signage is very poor. Will not bother to stay there again , a Holiday Inn does a better job in all aspects for a more acceptable cost.

Visited to see concert at the Casino, and having such a comfortable, spacious, quiet room on the property was a huge bonus, made the experience wonderful. Food court and shop for snacks also good value and convenient. First experience at the resort and the staff were all very helpful in showing me around and explaining the facilities.

Not our first stay at Pickering resort and casino it's a good thing. If it was it would have likely been my last. We came to spend the night for our daughters birthday but sadly spent the night listening to a fire alarm and notification that nothing was wrong but was being looked into. It felt like hours and without any reason on why it happened it just stopped. Look forward to another stay but may be harder to book
