The house was perfect for the needs of our family of eight. Four children and four adults. There were extra linens and towels. Every child had their own private room and they loved that. It was wonderful to have three bathrooms as well. My daughter and I are big time cooks so we would have liked the kitchen to have been outfitted better. There may have been an oven mitt but we couldn't find it. I understand the host has had some problems with theft so I understand keeping accessories to a minimum. They responded quickly when I had questions.The kitchen island was huge and great for everyone to gather around and bake and decorate Christmas cookies. The weather was nice so we were also able to spend some time in the back yard which was great. Nice neighborhood too. Would definitely stay again.

They say they sleep 14 i had 12 adults the beds sucked three out of the five beds were for kids 4 and under. I can say it is kid friendly but not for 12 adults over sixty. They said they had a pullout sofa bed ( not true) they had a bean bag not enough linen and towels. Disappointed!

This was a great house for our friends reunion. We had 4 families & 6 kids under 4 and there was plenty of room. Close to Greenville and lots to do. It had everything we needed. Exceeded our expectations

Greenville Wedding

We traveled from VT to Greenville for a family wedding. We had six adults ages 27-62 and everyone was more than happy with the accommodations. Location is a quick 15 min ride on the highway into Greenville that was super easy. The outdoor patio area was perfect for quiet after dinner relaxing. Home is very inviting.

Fantastic place!

We loved staying at this beautiful and well kept home. It was fully stocked with kitchen supplies and lots of toys for the kids to play with. Very family friendly. We had a group of 5 adults and 8 kids from 1yr to 13yrs old, and there were plenty of comfortable beds to sleep in. The bonus play room upstairs was a big hit, and we loved the privacy of the fenced in back yard where the little ones could play. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. We absolutely would use this property again!

Wedding Stay

This was perfect for the 8 adults in our family to stay together and not be on top of each other. The house is more roomy than we anticipated! It was right across the street from the pool where we could step out in the evening and relax! We were close to downtown Greenville, the church we attended, our new in-laws, and the wedding venue. We were so pleased to have this wonderful house for the week!

Beautiful home and wonderful stay!

A beautiful home which was great for our mixed generation family to stay in. The location was easy to find and accessible, the cleanliness was great and we liked ti very much. Our only criticism was that we needed more crockery etc for the number of beds, and the dishwasher was not very effective. Otherwise, it was perfect - thank you!

Great location. Home is beautiful but does need some items repaired- broken coffee maker, broken chair. I would recommend this home and would stay again, but would like to see locked cabinets for medications and personal items of the family that lives there.

Spacious Beyond Expectations

This home is perfect if you have a family or two with children. Lots of space for adults and children, well-appointed kitchen, toys and books for children and a wonderful, large pool across the street with ample seating and shade.

Comfortable, well-stocked house outside of Greenville

The two-story house has plenty of room for everyone, with five bedrooms and a huge upstairs playroom for kids--with a solid toddler gate at the top of the stairs to prevent falls. Kitchen is extremely well stocked, so we ate in every night. The back deck/patio is a great place to hang out, especially in the evenings, and the fully-fenced backyard has a trampoline for the kids. Two high chairs and a pack & play are great additions if traveling with little ones. The house is in a residential neighborhood with a pool, and downtown Greenville is a short 20-minute drive. Very responsive host!
