This stone farmhouse (440 sq. m) is set in a panoramic position in the heart of Val d'Orcia. It is part of a large farm estate and preserves the typical features of the old country houses. This is a perfect place for those who like to relax in the Tuscan countryside and who want to explore the nearby towns of this area, especially Pienza and Montepulciano.

The property is composed by two independent apartments. The interiors are characterised by ceiling exposed beams and terracotta floors and furnishings are typical of the Tuscan style.

Apartment on the ground floor (230 sq. m): living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, one bathroom with shower, one double bedroom, one bathroom with bath-tub and shower, one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower, one twin bedroom, one bathroom with shower, one sofa bed (French bed). The apartment have independent, external access only.

Outdoor: we find a lovely covered terrace with table and chairs and barbecue area for "al fresco" dining from where we can reach the private swimming pool (6mx12m) surrounded by a beautiful garden with views over the countryside.
The house is reached by a country road of about 2 Km.
