Our Mountain View Home features heated outdoor pool and heated indoor pool. Year round hot tub and playground, picnic tables and BBQ's. We offer a fully equipped upgraded kitchen, washer and dryer, inviting fireplace, high speed internet, HD TV's, jacuzzi tubs, and private balconies with amazing mountain views.

Come see why we fell in love with and made it our second home. It's close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Mountain View Condo's are located between red light #0 and red light #1. We're across the street from the Titanic and next to Dunkin Donut's. 2

Outside we offer two playgrounds and acres of mowed lawn with horseshoes and volleyball nets. We even offer a year round hot tub & Indoor heated pool, our outdoor heated pool opens April 1- Oct 31. It is a salt water pool & features a smaller kiddie pool as well. During Dollywood's firework shows you can see them exceptionally well from your personal balcony.

This unit has new upgraded appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. There is a Jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom. Flat screen TVs are located in all the bedrooms and and living room. There is a washer, dryer & blow dryer too.

Master bedroom has a king bed, 2nd bedroom offers a king with direct bath access too. We also offer a bed height queen air bed for sleeping 2 additional if needed. Master suite with jetted tub, living room, dining room and kitchen have views of the mountains.

We have many restaurants to choose from and several walking distance. We're also close enough that you can walk to 3 Showcase Theaters Biblical Times, Smith Family Theater and Country Tonight.

Condo was set up just as advertised! We had a couple of small issues related to the cleaning crew prior to our arrival. I reached out to John and Lois and they were immediately able to get the issue resolved.Condo very efficient and supplied with everything needed to fix meals, do laundry and make the condo feel like your home away from home.

The kitchen was well equipped it was quiet and had a nice view from the balcony. Bed in the first room is a bit soft but still quite comfy. Overall a great place to stay. Convenient to everything. I do recommend taking a right when you come out and going to governors crossing to get around to the island or Dollywood. Helps to avoid bad traffic

Location is perfect. Close to everything yet avoids traffic congestion. Pool and hot tub were great for relaxing at end of day. Nice views from balcony. Very quiet and peaceful. The condo is well maintained and lives up to is Luxury Lodge moniker.

We had a lovely stay! We took advantage of a full kitchen and cooked some meals instead of going out and did multiple loads of laundry - traveling with little kids (I did bring some pods). We were bummed the outdoor pool wasn't open yet (out of the owners control, we stayed 4/4-4/09 and thought it would open April 1) but we used the indoor pool and hot tub. The inside of the condo is perfect and well maintained. Bring dish soap and a scrubby if you want to wash any dishes by hand. The grounds could use some maintenance but it did not affect our stay. Great location and so much more comfy for a family than a hotel room!

Perfect Stay – Highly Recommend!We had an absolutely wonderful experience booking through VRBO. The property was exactly as described—clean, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the little touches (fresh linens, toiletries, and a welcome review book) made it feel like a home away from home.The location was perfect—quiet and relaxing, yet still close to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the host was responsive, friendly, and clearly cared about making sure guests had a great experience.We especially loved how spotless everything was and how well-maintained the space felt. It’s obvious the host takes pride in their property.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free getaway. Great weather made the balcony a nice place to relax with a cup of coffee. We especially enjoyed the spacious and comfortable seating. In the livingroom!!! We were meeting family we hadn’t seen for a while and wanted a place to relax and get caught up on each others lives more than dong the tourists things Pigeon Forge offers. Great communication! Easy and easy out! Great location! We were only here for two nights and one full day, so we did not get to use a lot of of the amenities. But this place was very clean. Lots of space perfect set up for two couples. Love the TV access and super fast Wi-Fi! Thank you again!
