Good location & hotel for family with younger children wanting to stay near the Island. Not the typical Margaritaville Resort feel but still better than a regular hotel in pigeon forge. I can always depend on a clean comfortable room that is consistent with the Margaritaville Brand

I was under the impression that I was staying at margarita hotel. Instead it was the inn. I would have never knowingly have booked the inn. We left 2 days early because we were just not comfortable and very disappointed.

Everything was great, except for the breakfast. I know its a free breakfast, but the quality of it wasnot great. Definitely will stay here again. The staff was great. The parking was very convenient. The rooms are spotless and the best part was the water pressure and high end shower head.
