The rooms were really clean and the whole place smells good. Elevator went down while we were there and had to walk the stairs to the 6th floor. Wasn’t a bad walk and they had the elevators up and going again. You have restaurants and The island walking distance from the hotel. Staff is very friendly. I would definitely stay again!

The beds was hard,in the bathroom the walls was dirty. The coffee pot was busted the water was coming out of the side when went and told someone they said someone will come and look at it but no one ever showed up, luckily they served breakfast so we was able to get coffee in the breakfast area.

This property has wonderful potential and a great location! The staff is WONDERFUL! You can really tell that they are working on remodeling which I can’t wait to see once they are done! There are quite a few things that I could point out that would be negative however seeing that they are proactively working to make this a great place all I have to offer is positive vibes! The lazy river is a nice touch as well. Both the pool and the lazy river were clean which is so nice compared to other places we’ve been. The only thing negative I feel like I have to say is in our room (427) the hot water didn’t work in the shower which was very unpleasant. Hopefully that will be fixed before we come back again!

Worst place to stay

To start it took 3 try’s to get the keys to work for the room. Second the room was said to have been cleaned and it was not cleaned at all I had to call once and the. I went down there to get somebody up there to clean my room. The sheets on the bed had not been changed on either bed there was hairs in both beds on the sheet and other things too. The floor was dirty and not vacuumed. The bathroom had hairs in the bath tub and when you walked in the room there was hair on the floor that was stuc. There was a hair in the mirror you could see it. There was trash behind the night stand. This place was so bad I would not recommend them to anyone. And the in door pool someone left the door open and about 30 people came in from the street to swim and I felt unsafe so I got out. Told them at the desk and they didn’t do anything about it. I will never stay there again. And there was a another guest who found roaches in there room and molded chicken in the microwave and they would change there room or anything they was very rude to that lady.

While a bit plain it was clean despite the renovation going on. Service was fantastic breakfast was very good. Has 2 pools indoor and outdoor hot tub. We had our own balcony which was very nice. Comfortable and definitely would stay here again

The staff was very friendly. Loved the lazyb river. Indoor pool was cold so didnt attempt outdoor one. Breakfast was nice. Will recommend and chances are will go back but need to update.
