Welcome to our waterfront 3-bedroom house in Sand Point, Michigan! Located on the canal leading into Lake Huron, this charming property offers breathtaking views, comfortable accommodations, and plenty of outdoor activities for your enjoyment.

Our house features three bedrooms with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a fireplace, and a spacious deck overlooking the water. Whether you're here for a family vacation or a group getaway, you'll love the peaceful setting and natural beauty that surrounds you.

Inside, the house is tastefully decorated and features all the modern amenities you need to feel at home. The full size kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, including a coffee maker, toaster, air fryer and microwave. The living room is the perfect place to relax and unwind, with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV with cable and Netflix.

Outside, you'll find a large deck with a BBQ grill and plenty of seating for enjoying meals or simply taking in the stunning waterfront views. There's also a fire pit, perfect for roasting marshmallows or just relaxing under the stars.

As for activities, the canal and our private dock is just steps away, and there are plenty of water sports to enjoy, including swimming, kayaking, and fishing. We've also included local rentals of paddle boards for you to use during your stay, allowing you to explore the canal and Lake Huron in a unique and exciting way. Sand Point also has several hiking trails and parks nearby, as well as shops and restaurants for you to explore. You could even rent a boat for the Canal to take into Caseville for Cheeseburger Festival avoiding the parking hassles!
