Villa Perla is a charming, comfortable retreat in the hills between Pignone and the Cinque Terre National Park. Whether you want to stroll the countryside of La Spezia or the rocky coast of Cinque Terre and its beaches, both are just 15 km away. The fully restored stone building has airy interiors, plenty of space for up to twelve guests and lovely views of the village of Pignone.

The villa was once two separate buildings that are now connected by an entrance hall and terrace. Other outdoor spaces include both shaded and sunny dining areas, a barbecue and a brick patio around the saltwater pool.
Many of Perla’s original features have been preserved, but given a modern update.

On the ground floor, there's a fully equipe kitchen connected to a dining living room with service bathroom. Upstairs, the master suite Perla has a queen bed, walk-in closet, neoclassical marble bathroom with tub / shower and furnished tented terrace with pool view. To the north the Corallo room and the Giada room, with identical terrace, private bathroom in terracotta and Lucca glaze.

The attic also has two bedrooms with two twin beds and one double sofa bed each.

The city of Brugnato with its mall, shops, restaurants and its highway access are about 12 km to the northwest, while the beaches of Monterosso al mare are about 15 km to the south. If you're coming from or going elsewhere in Italy, the Genoa airport is about 95 km and Pisa 97 km away.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

HEATING - Heating is available at an additional charge of 40 Euro per day and must be paid directly on the spot to the owner or his / her representative before departing. Please note that heating in Italy, when not subject to restrictions by the local Government, is more expensive compared to other countries. If you look for a property in low season, make sure to ask for an estimate of the heating cost. You may be asked a supplementary deposit for heating expenses.

WATER AND ELECTRICITY - Please note that most of the properties that we offer are not the typical purpose-built Mediterranean holiday villas. Most are converted farmhouses or former manor houses, full of character and history. Water shortages do occur; please use it sparingly during the summer months. At the same time, Italy is probably one of the few countries in the world where the government has introduced a system of electricity limitators to contain the national consumption. This means you must be careful when using more than one appliance at once because the limitator will shut the electricity off.

Cancel up to 60 days before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 60 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at the time of booking. According to Italian law (ART. 109 - TULPS), the owners and / or managers of any touristic structure are required to register their guests with the authorities prior to allowing their access to the facilities. In order to facilitate the registration, process you will be required to provide complete contact details (name, last name, address, telephone number etc.), a copy of the passport and the authorization to hold these details in accordance with law (D. 196/2003) on privacy protection, prior to your arrival at the property. This information cannot be used to promote, sell, solicit any service or product to you and is required only for the individual responsible for the rental agreement.
500.00 euros of security deposit will be required upon check in.
For late check in (after 8 pm) an extra cost of 50 euros is required to be paid in cash upon arrival.
