The space
In this house you have 4 spacious bedrooms & 4 full bathrooms. It’s the perfect place for hosting a family get together. Enjoy quality time with two big living rooms and one luxury kitchen, two game rooms with ping pong & foosball tables!
Guest access
You have access to the entire house, driveway, and backyard! We just ask that you refrain from wondering on the property towards the horses or out to the other houses.
Other things to note
We are flexible with guest count if you want to bring an air mattress or sleeping accommodations to include your whole family!

On our property we do have several surrounding pastures with beautiful horses. We do NOT allow any feeding/touching/petting of the horses.
Do not drive past the Main house driveway. Past this point is off limits to guests and only for trainer and rider access.
No food or drinks in the pool. Please keep all pets within the fenced backyard /on leash if taken out front to avoid any interaction with the horses.
