Our Pinecone Cottage has 1400sq ft of fully renovated living space, including an open concept main floor living space centred around the original antique wood stove with limestone surround. Relax while taking in the breathtaking creekside views from the living room picture window and watch the local birds and wildlife. If cozy movie nights are more your scene, kick back on our deep seated sofa and flip on the 65" smart TV equipped with sound bar and streaming services such as Netflix/TSN/SportsNetwork. Enjoy our fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, black leathered granite counter tops, custom cabinetry and built in coffee/bar with everything you need to entertain, including a beverage centre.

Our 2 Bathroom/4 Bedroom cottage offers comfortable accommodations for up to 8 guests. Two fully renovated bathrooms with quartz countertops, full tile surrounds, essential toiletries and high end plumbing fixtures make for a spa-like atmosphere.
- The master bedroom inlcudes a king sized bed with patio doors overlooking the creek, it's own private deck and ensuite bathroom with in-floor heat, luxury plumbing finishes, dual vanity sink and walk in shower.
-Main floor guest bedroom with queen sized bed and closet space.
-Loft bedroom #1 with queen sized bed.
-Loft bedroom #2 with full sized sleeper sofa bed.

The star of the outdoor space is the full wrap around deck overlooking the ancient cedar tree in the front yard on the north side and 180deg water front creekside views to the east. The deck itself is equipped with high end patio furniture and Blackstone Grill for all your entertaining needs. Fire pit area overlooking the creek and private beach allow for endless hours of enjoyment. If you're feeling adventerous take a walk and enjoy our on site nature trails which also serve as snowsnow/cross country ski trails in the winter months, or head down to the beach and hop into one of our 4 kayaks to explore all that the Netley Creek water-system has to offer.

Have your own boat, ATV or snowmobile? We are a 10-minute boat ride (or drive in the winter months) from the mouth of the Red River and big water of Winnipeg Lake. A fisherman's dream in both summer and winter! We are open year round and have ample space to host your outdoor adventures with easy access directly to some of the best fishing spots, ATV and snowmobile trails in the province. Please just let us know if you're bringing your watercraft or motorized recreational vehicles before your arrival.

We are located near local amenities within the neighbouring towns of Selkirk and Petersfield, both a quick 10min drive from our cottage or head down the road to the Clandeboye General Store for all of your basic necessities.
