*** Sanitation/Cleaning Update ***

Wyndham resorts have always met the highest standards of cleanliness, and now we are exceeding those standards with enhanced cleaning protocols and disinfecting measures, including the use of hospital-grade, virus-killing products approved by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

This spacious studio suite measures approximately 482 square feet. You will enjoy a queen Murphy bed in the living area, a kitchenette, dining area and a bathroom. Units are not air-conditioned, however, there are ceiling fans located in each unit. Maximum occupancy is two.

Additional amenities include: Barbecue Grill (Outdoor), Ceiling Fan, Hairdryer, Washer/Dryer In Unit, DVD Player, Stereo, Television, Wi-Fi Internet Access, Balcony/Patio, Fireplace and Stairs - Some.

PLEASE NOTE:

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated.

After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. We currently do not have other dates available, if you contact us, we can put you on our waiting list for specific unit size or dates at your desired resort. After you check out you MUST provide the name of the person who is going to check in at our resort. The person checking in MUST BE 21 years old, have a valid form of ID and a credit card in their name. There are NO exceptions. If you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. The name that is on your account at checkout will be placed on the reservation. That name must have picture ID and a cc for damages to check in with our front desk staff. If your name needs to be changed their may be a $99.00 fee.

Please note by reserving this listing you are opting in to our "Upgrade Policy." If an upgrade for a larger unit, or a higher quality resort within the vicinity of your current property becomes available, we will automatically upgrade your property to ensure your stay is just that much better free of charge! Now if you would like to opt out of our "Upgrade Policy" please make sure to let us know in your first message. Depending on the length of your stay and since resorts do not clean the suites daily, you may be upgraded to a larger suite during your stay with us.

This resort does not have elevators.

WorldMark Pinetop is not air conditioned. However, there are ceiling fans located in each unit.

Some amenities/activities are seasonal and available at an additional charge.

Daily housekeeping is not included and may be added for an additional fee.

Wyndham Pinetop - Studio offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and concierge services. The front desk is open around the clock.
