classified 4 stars, located in the heart of nature, close to the village, very wooded to take full advantage of the very sunny days and where the natural setting has been preserved.
Bucolic setting on two levels on the outskirts of the village. (6000 m²)
The swimming pool, stone basin, integrating perfectly into the estate.
Outside, provided with a gas griddle and a charcoal barbecue + a "Weber" barbecue + an electric barbecue.
The interior is personalized with handcrafted furniture.

Discreetly fenced property.
Many hundred-year-old oaks provide protection from the summer sun.
On the upper part of the ground, in a discreet corner to cool off, is a pool of water (swimming pool: 4X8x1.30m) with lit bowling green for night games, a summer kitchen, two living rooms outdoor garden, gazebo, perfectly integrated into the landscape. This part can be closed/locked for child safety.

House with a refined style, is located in the middle of nature (in the undergrowth) on 3 plots offering more than 3000m2 in height, facing the village.
The bucolic place overlooks the village on the north side, view of the Fortress of Mornas and the village and to the east, we are facing Mont Ventoux, Dentelles de Montmirail and hilltop villages like Séguret, Le Crestet among others.
The house is recent and meets BBC, RT 2012 standards, guaranteeing very good insulation.
In the main room, one will find an inverter air conditioner and a sealed green flame stove.

Inside, there are two bathrooms, two toilets, three bedrooms so that everyone can have their privacy. A sofa bed in the living room can accommodate the 9th and 10th person, a folding bed for an 11th, and, finally, a cot.
Dependency for 6 people in supplement on the spot.
The walls were made with traditional lime and many elements, furniture and others are unique pieces made by hand.
The house is located three minutes walk from the center of the village (with all amenities) on the heights of Piolenc. However, you will find yourself surrounded by nature.
Located 200 m from the center of the village. (all amenities: post office, mini-market, bakeries, butcher, restaurants, banks, pharmacy, doctors...)

3 rooms:
1 (parental suite with table/desk+internet) equipped in 160 + cot + bathroom (walk-in shower), the second in 140 + extra bed in 90, the third with 1 bed in 140 + 2 superimposed in 90.

Living room/living room and kitchen:
1 sofa + 1 convertible sofa for 2 people, flat screen television, dishwasher, Smeg 5-burner piano cooking with electric oven, coffee maker, teapot, toaster, kettle, microwave, gas hob, combined fridge-freezer, 2 outdoor charcoal stone and electric/plancha barbecues, raclette, fondue, crepe maker...

Laundry room:
washing machine, ironing board + iron.

2 Bathrooms:
Italian shower.

2 toilets: 2 separate toilets.

South and west facing terrace with table and chairs for 12 people.
Miscellaneous: deckchair/umbrella/cot (baby)/children's chairs. Patio umbrella.

Bath towels and sheets provided (except beach towels)

Rental throughout the year to discover "leslilasdeschene"
all seasons.

Insel der Ruhe mitten in der Provence

Eine Oase der Ruhe, riesiges Grundstück, gut ausgestattetes Haus, tolles Pool, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Die Bilder im Netz stimmen. Ideal um sich zu erholen und auch mal einen Tag dort zu bleiben, Kraft zu tanken, um dann die Provence zu erkunden.

Grand moment de détente, à l'écart de la ville, calme absolu en pleine nature, un vrai régale ☺ Une bonne adresse pour passer quelques jours entre amis ou en famille, maison agréable, un très grand jardin avec un aménagement pour tous les goûts, soit transat, piscine (non chauffé !) ou bien terrain de pétanque ! Le propriétaire est accueillant et arrangeant si besoin, merci encore Jean-Philippe de nous avoir accueilli dans votre charmante petite maison, au plaisir de revenir ☺

Perfect

Modern house, with all comfort you need. Airco, nice kitchen, comfotable bathroom, reasonably good beds. Small not so important details to run a household are missing. Not classic Provence, with the typical lavendal accessoires, but maybe this will grow in time. Surprisingly big garden with private pool on top of hill with excellent view over countrysite, surrounded by a little forrest. Close to village centre.
