Historic section has steep steps, not that they can do anything about it, just awareness. The staff was pleasant and the room slept well.

The staff was lovely and helpful and the food at the inn was delicious. It was not loud either even though there was live music downstairs.

If I were to rate this inn with the warm hospitable welcoming of Deni, I would give it a 10plus. On the other hand, Jason would receive a ZERO. He was abrupt, rude and annoyed at any question or inconvenience related to a problem. The room itself was okay, although I did see debris on the sheets - were they changed? It was extremely noisy both nights of my stay. Dragging of chairs and tables to reset the conference room was a bit much after a long travel day and wanting quiet rest. I saw other older reviews complained about the shower being hard to adjust and went from hot to ice cold. This problem was never fixed. The restaurant was very good. Do try Deni’s amazing pretzels! The restaurant and events are definitely priorities over the guest rooms. I would not stay here again!

This is a historic hotel in Bucks County. Very quiet rooms. Nothing new if that’s your thing but the charm is all about the old furniture and no nonsense fanfare.

What a great disappointment this place is. Look elsewhere. [1] I got a call saying I overstayed, therefore needed to remove my stuff ASAP. I called back, and the woman said it was a mistake, but too busy to call me back. [2] After two nights, I was upgrading to another room. I was told 3x by mgmt to leave my luggage in the room, and they’ll move the luggage for me. Didn’t happen. Instead, my luggage was missing, only to be told I left my luggage in the other room. [3] The second floor room was freezing! No space heater, no extra blankets — just a top sheet and very thin bedspread. One of the managers said customers do ask for them, but they let you freeze instead. If customers ask for them, then that should tip them off the rooms are cold, and they should provide them. They did find one. It worked for all of 15 minutes, then quit. I froze all night. It left such a strong odor that I had to turn on the fan and open the window to air it out. [4] There is one thermostat for the floor. They did turn up the heat, but that didn’t do anything. [5] Before the space heater was found, the fan kept going off. The manager agreed it wasn’t working. Thought he had it turned off, but it kept going off all night, which wasn’t a bad thing in the end, given the smell of the space heater, which looked unsafe as well. There were more examples. One manager did try to remedy the issues, so I have to acknowledge him. Go elsewhere, not worth it, especially with no heat.

Great atmosphere . Good food in dining room. Noisy until 11 or so on weekends because of events and my room was adjacent to the road so quite a bit of traffic noise all night. But would still stay there again

We checked in @ 9:30 on a Friday evening looking forward to a restful night. To my horror, I discovered that the Inn was hosting a 80’s Dance Party 20 feet from our room. I was astonished that anyone would think a party room should be mixed in with guest rooms. The management of this place should make up their mind if they want to make $ from dance parties or respect the people who book rooms to sleep.

My room was high in the attic. Getting to it involved climbing very steep stairs. The info given should include the stairs and the fact that there is no personnel until after 8AM. I was reassured that there would be someone at the counter by 8 the morning I had to leave. There was no one at 8:25 when I left. I needed help with my suitcase, but couldn’t get any. Room was small and I spent the whole night hearing water running through some pipes.
