Loved the traditional composition of this Italian hotel. A little hesitant to wander down by the river. Staff was lovely and helpful. Disappointed that the per ported free airport shuttle was actually 15E per couple.

Room was small but very well designed so it was comfortable and fully functional. The hotel location is great with plenty of dining options nearby,and on the route from the station to the leaning tower. All staff were very helpful and efficient and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Awesome hotel in a super convenient location for exploring Pisa. Walking distance from the train station, and easily walkable to the center of town and all the attractions. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic. Staff were super friendly and very happy to accommodate any requests or needs.

Although very brief, our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The staff was very attentive and kind, allowing us to store our luggage before check in and after check out. The room, although small, was nice for what we needed. The bathroom was small but clean and functional. The location of the hotel was also ideal, being a short walk from the city center and a few minutes from the tower. Overall, our stay was very pleasant.

Conveniently located for attractions and the railway station. We stayed in the annex and the roomed was a little tired, the toilet didn’t stop flushing and a screw came off the shower door. We only stayed one night so didn’t really experience the rest of the hotel, breakfast was nice and reception staff friendly.

Its a cozy, old timely hotel. In the middle of everything. The train station and Pisa tower are are all in walking distance. I also found a locally frequented pizzeria and an open air art center behind the hotel. The breakfast was included and great. Everyone was nice.

I spent a relaxing and enjoying the City. It was very close to the Pisa Tower, lots to see and several restaurants to enjoy lunch in. The staff went out of their way to be accommodating and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property.

The hotel was good value. The desk staff were very helpful and the shuttle to the airport was a real bonus. Breakfast was very good and the room was spacious and clean. The only thing that was a problem was the noisy air con unit. We were only staying one night so it wasn’t a major issue but we did have to turn it off to try to sleep. It was a very warm night though.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Competitive room rates, including a good breakfast. Location is great for exploring and accessing Pisa Centrale. Rooms are dated and facilities, like air-conditioning units, are in need of modernisation. Otherwise, a good stay and value for money.

Hotel was conveniently located in quiet area. The staff were all lovely very helpful and friendly. Rooms very clean . Its away from main tourist area of tower so lovely redidential safe area. But still only 10/1/ min walk. Buffet breakfast amazing lovely choice. Definitely recommend
