Friendly Staff, great location!

The hotel is centrally located between the train station (right across the plaza) and the Tower. The shower was great, the bed was comfortable and the staff was beyond helpful and friendly, especially Sylvia. She gave us a tip on a great restaurant that is right around the corner and set us up with a friendly taxi driver to/from the Tower.

ND Hotel is very convenient if you need to arrive or leave from Pisa train station which is an easy walk across the square. The room was very small for a “superior” category and the view was of an apartment block. Therefore, a bit pricey for the room itself. On the upside - Plenty of towels in the clean bathroom although the ceiling was stained and flaking above the shower. Pisa is lovely and town Centre is an easy walk. ND is a convenient choice if you’re traveling with luggage.

Check-in was efficient and hassle-free, which made for a smooth arrival. I really appreciated the convenience of being able to leave my bags at the hotel while I explored the city before my room was ready—definitely a helpful touch for travellers. The initial welcome felt a bit rushed and not overly warm, though staff were polite and professional. The room itself was very basic—clean but minimalist, with no complimentary water provided, which was a bit disappointing. On the upside, the Wi-Fi was reliable and fast throughout my stay. In all, the hotel served its purpose well for a short city break, but travellers looking for a more comfortable or welcoming experience may want to explore other options.
