Fully furnished with queen beds and a queen sofa sleeper.  Both bedrooms have a balcony with partial ocean views.  Fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs.  Dining room seats 6 as well as seating for 4 at the kitchen bar.  Washer/dryer, 2 car garage, walk to downtown, restaurants, beach and shopping.  Elevator for easy access.  You will love this spacious condo with ocean views & steps to the beach.  Must be over the age of 25 to book this property.
