Charming 3-Bedroom Architect's Cottage with Private Garden and Parking in Pissotte

Discover the South Vendée region during your stay in this architect-designed cottage, located just 8 km from the Mervent Forest and 13 km from the medieval town of Vouvant. On the ground floor (accessible by steps), this house offers a living area with a lounge (decorative fireplace), dining room, and kitchen, as well as a bedroom with a queen-size bed and its own shower room/WC. Upstairs, you will find a landing furnished with a library, two bedrooms—one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds that can be joined together—each with its own shower room, and a separate WC. Outside, you can enjoy a shaded terrace and a 46m² garden. A laundry room is available in an outbuilding. The property is fully enclosed and has private parking.

The cottage shares a wall with the owner's residence. There is no television in the accommodation, but games and books are available. You can enjoy a moment of relaxation in the on-site massage room (contact the owner for details).
