Home to politicians, soldiers, agriculturalists and entrepreneurs, the family history is brought to life against a backdrop of fine 18th century interiors and Scots Baronial architecture, in 30 rooms.

Atholl Estates has 145,000 acres of hills, woodlands and open countryside just waiting to be explored. Recognised as an area of natural beauty with plenty to see and do, the estate was admitted into the Cairngorms National Park in 2010. Explore Atholl Estates with over 50 miles of waymarked walking and cycling routes, alongside other activities such as our Luxury Highland Pony Picnics and Beaver Tours. Lodge guests have free entry to BLAIR CASTLE for the duration of their stay and access to all the leisure and recreation facilities available on the estate and nearby.

We’re fortunate to have a wide variety of good quality shopping, entertainment, and activities all within convenient reach. Clachan Farmhouse and Annex overlooks some spectacular Perthshire countryside within the hamlet of Struan, within a few minutes’ drive of the House of Bruar. Recently renovated, Clachan Farmhouse and Annex are both two spacious bedroomed apartments that can be let separately or joined to give the option of a four bedroomed house.
