Loved the atmosphere and front desk representative(a lady I forgot her name) was amazing. The only thing was the carpet was a lttle stained and the shower could use more of cleaning.

Staff steals out of your room. Keep a pair of Meta Glasses in the room to record them! They consistently enter the rooms of high profiles guest and literally steal their property. Most guest don’t notice smalls things are missing until they check out. We caught them on a pair of Meta glasses that were set up in the room.

The hotel is nice aesthetically. The staff is super incompetent. The staff kept accessing my room without my permission (and it was never to clean it). There were damaged and stolen items from my room as well. The hotel manager stated that she did not care when I told her I would be contacting corporate. The staff is not as professional as other hotel teams that I have done business with.
