Checking staff is dismissive and impressionable. $36/night for parking on a non-penguins game night is ridiculous. We parked our vehicles across the street and saved 26/day

Hotel is in a great location if going to PPG arena. Easy parking and logistics. My complaint was with the hotels housekeeping policy. I received multiple texts asking if I needed anything, as they do not provide housekeeping unless you ask for it. When I requested towel via text, I got no response. Never got those towels. Need to do a better job, or don’t text me and ask questions and offer assistance if you cannot respond.

There were a few problems with the property including noise and broken facilities in the bedroom. These were addressed promptly and with a positive outcome. Staff were very busy and as a result curt, cold and stand offish.

Front desk staff is rude. Grunts through transactions. Towels are not replaced for days. When you ask for new ones, they act like they’re doing you a favor. Lights in bedroom burned out. Never changed after reported. Nowhere to charge a phone in bedroom without unplugging alarm clock or fishing behind the headboard for outlets. It’s close to penguins stadium and hospitals— that’s the only reason you’d stay.

We visited Pittsburgh for the Penguins home opener and couldn’t have picked a better hotel! The location is perfect — the rink is right next door, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Everything about our stay was top-notch. We were rebooked to this hotel after our original hotel cancelled. Since it was Pitt parents weekend, I was nervous. My fears were assuaged as soon as I walked in the door. We were greeted personally and made to feel welcome from the start. Could not more highly recommend this hotel.
