I received a cancelation at 9:00 pm the night before I was supped to arrive. Claiming a double booking. I had to scramble to find another place to stay on the busiest weekend in town. Cost to me was double and very frustrating.

We were in town to see our daughter run in the Pittsburgh half marathon. The location was convenient and there was plenty of parking available. Check in/out was easy with the keypad. The host left water/snacks/food for us which was a nice touch.We weren't given the wifi password and the main tv was not connected. We reached out to the host at 9:30pm and didn't get the password til the next morning. The wifi was spotty and the tv would buffer or disconnect. Also, we could only find one remote for the 3 tv's downstairs and the one upstairs.There was no door on the one bedroom which wasn't great for privacy.Also, could have been cleaner. There was trash behind the dresser in the master bedroom and coins and things under the couch cushions.We stayed the week after the NFL draft, so some of these issues may have been related to how the prior guests left things for the host.Overall, we enjoyed our stay with a few minor issues that could've been better.

We booked this Vrbo since it was close to Heinz field. Everything went fine with the initial booking however I never heard from the host. The morning of I reached out for check in instructions and parking information. It wasn’t until I reached out that the host told me he already booked someone else from a different site!!! I couldn’t believe it, my family, (kids 9 and 12) didn’t have a place to stay. We are from North Carolina so we had to pay almost 800 dollars for a hotel last minute plus 75 dollars to park since we didn’t have a place anymore. I couldn’t be more disappointed with this listing. And now since I couldn’t get it canceled in time I’m fighting with my credit card company trying to get my money back! The host never went into the listing and canceled the booking!!!This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’m beyond mad at this point! It completely ruined to Morgan wallen concert we drove up here for. I was so stressed out we wouldn’t find someone to stay!NEVER book with the guy…
