A standard HDMI cable is included for added convenience. The apartment features central air conditioning, though the thermostat cannot be adjusted from within the unit. To ensure your comfort, we provide space heaters and fans. A $85 deposit is required at check-in and will be refunded at check-out after confirming everything is in good condition. House Rules: Parties and smoking are strictly prohibited, with a $300 fee for violations. Bicycles: Welcome at no extra charge.
