Trash: Trash is collected on Thursday morning. Please ensure that the bins are left outside on a Wednesday night. The trash bins are to be placed outside the garage, which is located at the back of the house. The bins will be returned on Thursday afternoon.

🚪 Entry & Arrival

You`ll arrive at the entrance via a set of exterior concrete stairs (approximately 20 steps). Once inside, a second staircase (12 steps) leads you to the main living space.
Note: Due to the stairs, this home may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.

At the top of the interior stairs, you’ll find:
Living Room – Immediately to your left: cozy seating, 55` LG Smart TV
Laundry - Full size stacked washer & dryer
Full Bathroom – Straight ahead: features a dual showerhead + tub
Primary King Bedroom – Just off the living area, offering a plush 12` Novilla memory foam King bed, blackout curtains, and a 42` Smart TV

Kitchen & Dining Area – Toward the back of the apartment: a fully stocked kitchen with Cuisinart coffee setup, full-size appliances, dining table with seating for three, and easy access to the outdoor deck patio

🌿 Outdoor Space

Step outside onto your private deck off of the kitchen. For the hot tub, head back downstairs to your fenced in patio (note, this is disconnected from the house by ~15` so no streaking, please!)

🛏️ Top Floor (Loft Area)
From the living room, take another 12 steps up to the open attic loft:
Sleeping Spaces – Queen bed + Full bed setup
Lounge Area – Bean bag chairs, a foosball table, and a 42` Smart TV for late-night fun or casual downtime

Our entire second floor is accessible, with the exception of a locked cleaning closet.
Note that our hot tub is on a detached deck a short distance from the entrance of the home.

Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am—we strictly enforce this to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest.
Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation.
Failure to report an issue directly to us first, to give us the opportunity to rectify, will nullify any subsequent claims or complaints made to any booking platform.
Check-out: Check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs will be subject to a fee.
Damages: Please report any accidental damage immediately. Guests are responsible for the cost of repairs for damages caused during their stay.
Toilet paper only in the toilet—keeps the plumbing happy!

We don’t rent to local residents of Pittsburgh—this helps us maintain a vacation-friendly atmosphere.
