The property was in good shape, but on a very noisy street! There are no amenities (pool/hot tub), no breakfast included, and paid valet is mandatory ($30/nt) which I'm not really a fan of. They should have a self parking option. Other than the very noisy room on a very noisy street our stay was good.

Anytime I stay here I just park like 6:blocks away in the Lower Lawrenceville neighborhood. So you don't need to pay for their valet parking. Rooms are small but clean and nice. Walkable to numerous nice bars and restaurants. There is a gas station within like 5 minutes for food and stuff. They also have a nice rooftop bar and restaurant onsite. Great place to stay if you don't plan on setting up a putting green in your room.

The hotel is beautiful , decorated in the industrial decor. The front desk, Henry, was very helpful, but he appeared to be overwhelmed and a bit lacking in his own confidence. The guy behind the bar was incredibly rude, ignoring me every time he passed by. It was a 12 hour day of driving for me, I was starved and wanted to get a salad to go. This guy just ignored me. A young lady finally waited on me, however, the guy flopped the box of food in front of me without a word. He forgot the beverage I ordered, so it was another wait until he brought it out, in an open glass. Try carrying that to the elevator down the hallways then trying not to spill it while I got my keycard out. I found no real customer service on the rooftop restaurant. The parking is quite expensive, but the day and evening valets are awesome. Overall the hotel is in a great place, surrounded ny loads of restaurants and boutiques. I would not advise parking on the street. The hotel is lovely, clean and comfortable. Customer service really needs work.

The room was extremely small, you have to crawl in the bed because it had walls in both sides. They don’t clean daily, and you aren’t told, I had to ask them to change the sheets and towels but nothing was cleaned. There’s little parking space that has to be though valet

For the short stay that we had in Pittsburgh, this place was perfect for us. I love the fact that this was a trade school that's been turned into an awesome boutique hotel. Everything was just great. The valet parking attendants were very kind and helpful. The room we had was a great double room. Everything was top notch. I plan to return anytime. I need a place to stay in Pittsburgh.

Great value for the price. I stayed three nights and didn’t get any housekeeping service during my day, which is fine for the price that I paid. The location was ideal, the bed was comfortable, and the rain showerhead was excellent. Between the coffee shop and bar on the ground floor and the rooftop bar, there are plenty of food and drink options without leaving the building. Of course, Butler Street and Lawrenceville is just steps away, so there are many options.

Room was clean but tiny. No microwave or fridge in the micro rooms but that wasn’t a big deal. There is only valet parking and breakfast is an additional $16 per person, so there are extra costs. There are no ice machines so you have to go to the front desk to fill the ice bucket. The building was in wonderful shape and the restaurant/bar was ultra modern.
