Fake fancy hotel in downtown Pittsburgh, relatively convenient to downtown and the north shore area (PNC Park) gives the appearance of being upscale, but is ultimately a pretty run of the mill hotel experience. No real amenities to speak of, haughty staff, terrible parking situation. Not really worth its price as a “luxury” spot.

Pittsburgh is awesome, if you have a chance to go, go – the Wyndham staff are easygoing & helped us out a bunch of times. Highly recommend staying there, it’s a 15min walk to watch the Pirates play or 22 1/2 to throw a few back and get a taste of the night life

The parking situation is ridiculous. $44/night to valet park a car added to the price of an underwhelming, outdated room bodes very poorly for the performance of the hotel, especially with the NFL draft coming across the street in less than a year. Room smelled musty and was considerable warmer than the 68 degrees the in room thermostat indicated. And the 32 inch box tv without any streaming capabilities really adds to the outdated feeling of the room. An underwhelming experience for $250 when room and parking are added together.

One night stay for a baseball game. Very nice place. Room was at the end of the hallway and the room across was having the time of their life inside. I was seriously impressed. Went to bed at midnight and was woken up several times from the beautiful sounds of rhythmic love making. Even when I got up at 8 to catch my flight I still heard more sounds. If it were any other noise I would have been annoyed but who can be annoyed by that?? Right? Only thing that would have better is if they left the door open. LOL. I am still impressed with their stamina. I even wondered if it were a video on a loop LOL
