Where to start?! The “valet” is $43 just for them to say they don’t have parking garage, so basically your only choice is to do valet & the valet is right outside the door, cars just parked in the curb. Just say parking is $43 not “valet”, you always have to go knock on the door for service as well. Front desk was nice. The bed sheets were dirty, looked like food stains, didn’t notice until past midnight when we laid down.. the bathroom was really small & not very up to date how it seems in the picture. The older lady in the bar was VERY RUDE, we got there around 10:10 & she closed at 11pm however, she started cleaning & rushing us out of there, after asking what time they closed because of her attitude she said “11pm but I don’t mind to kick yall out” excuse me lady? It isn’t even 10:15pm but whatever I kill with kindness so I tipped her big. Overall, I will be trying a new hotel next time i am in the city.

The room was nicely sized and fairly sound proof. There was a moderate amount of ambient noise that could be heard from either side of the room during the early hours of the morning and later at night, most likely as other guest got ready for the day or bed. The bathroom was fairly clean but there were some strands of really long hair left in the shower on the shower wall. It made me question the overall cleanliness of the bathroom because I don’t see how they could’ve been missed.

Place was good, staff was great and friendly, our room door had to be slammed to be shut, security is high for you to get to your room you have to use your key card. Parking is expensive valet only limited dining options around hotel but hotel has food until 10p. I would definitely return

Not a good experience. They gave me a room that wasn’t clean!!! The room they gave me after that was not the one they had assigned me in their system. When they realized there was a “matching” issue they were not very friendly asking for my ID.
