It has a lovely 30 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 150 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 30 m² living room with sofa, TV, fireplace and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds (90x190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A lovely 150 m² enclosed garden, facing south-east
- A 15 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
