This beautiful studio apartment is situated in a quiet and secluded area beautifully surrounded by marvelous mountain views and Pine trees. Pinecone Studio Apartment is located in a privileged position in Platres village, one of the most popular wine villages on the southern slopes of the Troodos Mountains.

The studio can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people. Features a beautifully decorated open plan living room and kitchen and bedding area fully equipped as well as toilet and shower facilities.

In addition, the property offers direct access to a covered patio and lovely garden with sitting space and bar / barbeque area.
The barbeque area is shared with the other two apartments of the Pinecone complex.
Outside there is plenty of space to relax, have an outdoor dine in the patio or prepare an alfresco barbeque meal.
