We enjoyed our stay at Aloft. The location is excellent - close to beaches, a variety of restaurants, and it was helpful to have a grocery store right underneath. We enjoyed the breakfast especially the fruit and made to order eggs. While there were a couple of minor issues (safe and fridge not working), the staff addressed them in a timely manner. We found the front staff and breakfast staff very helpful and friendly.

Great location, stay here every year, this was my 3rd stay. Love the amenities, pool areas, service and staff always top notch. Pool towels showing their age, everything else was pretty good.

Service here was top notch. Rides arranged, tentative via Whatsapp, food on property was good. Close to a few convenience stores, area was safe and walkable to lots in the Aldea Zama neighbourhood. Place is showing a bit of wear and tear, but overall clean.
