Unit was just OK. AC worked fine. We were there for 6 days and the room was cleaned once and only because we requested it. Staff was friendly. As it is located on 5th Ave in Playa Del carmen, location is ideal for a variety of activities, restaurants, beach, ferries to Cozumel. Very noisy in the evening until approx 2 AM.

The hotel itself is very quiet despite being right in front of a bar, the rooms from the third floor don’t have numbers so that it was a little difficult to find our room, we kinda had to guess based on the rooms at the bottom, but overall a good property.
