Charming Huge PH with Private Rooftop and Jacuzzi

Enjoy over 2,300 square feet of living space with the large balcony, the huge roof terrace with outdoor dining set and your own private jacuzzi. We provide tea, coffee, salt and pepper to get you started!
This apartment is perfect to be enjoyed for a family or group of friends. 2 blocks from world famous 5th ave, and 5 min walking distance to the beach. It's the perfect location since by walking distance you have all the amazing spots that Playa del Carmen has to offer.
One of the greatest parts of Playa del Carmen is the wonderful weather - typically in the 70s and 80s year round - so why not enjoy it outside! Enjoy outdoor jacuzzi. Grill fresh food on our Weber charcoal grill. Star gaze on our expansive roof top terrace with several lounge chairs and large dining table and chairs.
The apartment is very well decorated and appointed. On the walls you will find nice artwork. Adorning the counters there is nice, quality touches like glass vases and figurines. The kitchen is well stocked with high quality appliances sure to satisfy any cook.
Our penthouse is divided into 2 floors. The top floor houses the huge rooftop with private jacuzzi, set for dining, the sun umbrellas and the lounge chairs.
The first floor hosts the internal apartment. The main bedroom has 1 king size new bed, a private bathroom, a large wardrobe and direct access to a balcony. The second bedroom has 2 new individual beds, a chair and a large wardrobe.
The first floor of our penthouse hosts as well the modern marble kitchen with stainless steel appliances, hot and cold fresh water cooler and breakfast bar. Next to the kitchen is the dining area with table and seating for 6. Adjacent to the dining area, our living room houses comfortable and ample seating and a Led HDTV. Off the living room is another private balcony
The penthouse resides in the Paraiso Magico Condo only 2 blocks away from the pedestrian shopping and dining boulevard of 5th Avenue, and is only 4 blocks away from various beach clubs. DAC, a fresh fruit and veggie market is only 2 blocks away while the Mega, a large supermarket is right behind the building. The condo has a cleaning service, 24 hour security and a spacious ground floor parking.

Condo in Playa del Carmen

My stay at my condo was very good. I stayed for the whole month of February 2025. The staff was excellent. My only complaint was the air-conditioner in the living room never worked properly. The a/c technician was on 3 times to fix it. It still was never fixed properly.properly

During hurricane Beryl

It was hard to find someone to check in. The owner was nice and tried really hard to stay in communication and ensuring we had what we asked for. During the hurricane we were promised they would come check on us but no one did. The locals said a category 3 hurricane is nothing to them, and so I guess it makes sense they weren’t that worried about us. Based on other stays I have had, this place has room for improvement. Other places make sure they give you enough towels and toilet paper. Just basic necessities, yet here they were very adamant on the fact that you only get 1 roll per bathroom and if that runs out, it’s on you. I get it, but also this leaves a bad taste in your mouth as a guest. They also didn’t give us any towels until we asked for some. Make sure to ask for anything you need. The owner will ensure they take care of you. He did the best he could in the midst of the storm. We didn’t use the jacuzzi or pool so cannot speak to those.

We loved the Penthouse! Close to everything. We are both 65+ walked everywhere and always felt safe. The unit was clean and Luca was a great host! All the workers are so friendly, like family! Thank you for a great 40 day vacation in the warm sunshine of Playa!

Beautiful PH with great location

The property was beautiful and clean, and the location was great. We had to wait longer than expected for check-in, but our room was very tidy and clean. The building had security 24/7 and all the staff was helpful and friendly. Overall, I would 100% recommend staying here if your visiting Playa del Carmen.

Great location. Good communication

We really enjoyed this apartment and its location. Gianluca is very intelligent and efficient. He returns messages promptly. The condo is ideally located. There is a grocery store across the street and the Walmart is 550 meters away. The beach and 5th Avenue are minutes away, walking. We walked everywhere. There is no need for a car rental. The posted pictures are accurate. Each bedroom and the living room had its own air conditioner. They were quiet and efficient. The unit has a new washer/dryer combination unit. We choose to dry our clothes on the drying rack. The 24 hour security was a bonus. And they were very pleasant and courteous. The second floor patio is massive. It can be very hot. The owner plans to install an awning. The jacuzzi tub works. I have sent a note to the owner on improvements that could be made to the kitchen cutlery. I am confident that he will follow up. His English is excellent. We communicated primarily via What's App. The common area on the rooftop is compact, but seldom used by other people . We often had the space to ourselves.

Yes we did enjoy our stay,however there were a few issues you might like to address for future occupancy! The apartment was not the one listed in the picture and looked over a supermarket/waste ground . Items missing were a barbecue,and any furniture on lower floor balcony.also lacking were a bottle opener /cork screw. No safety deposit box in apartment or building. 1 toilet roll each and 2 clean towels for whole week.no maid service! Staff were very friendly ,but would benefit at least one speaking English .tried asking where to put rubbish/ recycling etc! You might want to make some of this information readily available ! Anyways ,hope some of this constructive criticism can make your and future guests experience a better one Regards richard james
