Location & accommodations more than adequate. The pool / bar area very clean with good seating. Anything one may need or want is easily accessible in a short walk from location. Would recommend to others this spot.

Easily the best location, roof top pool with its own bar! The bartender Guillermo was awesome! Price was good as well!The condo was top notch, was missing some things we in Canada are used to, like T-towels and dish rag, but other than that super bonus so close to beach and 5th Ave

Missed cleaning---> Vacation rescued

Property was as advertised but unfortunately the condo had not been cleaned following departure of the prior tenants. We were able to communicate with Vacassa and unfortunately the alternate single option was not acceptable. We went ahead and pulled the sheets and towels washing them ourselves. Cleaning svcs came the 2nd AM as not available on 1st nite with fresh towels and sheets. 2 nite stay was comped. Vacation rescued.

Our condo was great! The location to everything we needed was great! The condo had all we needed. TV was great! Isis with Vacasa was readily available with our needs. Our only issue was, the electricity had not been paid and we needed to move to another location for 2 nights until this was straightened out.

Wonderful Playa

A wonderful stay. The condo was beautiful. Clean, roomy, and sylish, just like the pictures. Staying in downtown Playa gave us access to everything without having to rent a car. The roof top pool with bar and bartender was fantastic. The beach was clean and the water warm. We will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful Condo-Great location

This is a lovely, spacious Condo. My only criticism is that it’s much darker inside than shown in the pictures, there’s very little natural light and if you open the blinds, you’re looking into the neighbouring apartments, which are just a few feet away. On the plus side, it’s a great location, close to everything and it has a lovely rooftop pool with views of the ocean.

Quiet, Beautiful, Comfortable In Playa del Carmen

My wife & I stayed at Cruz Con Mar for 4 weeks … it ended too soon! Almost everything about our stay was excellent. The condo was as advertised—very nice. Just about everything is within walking distance so a car isn’t necessary—taxis are plentiful and reasonable. The weather was perfect. The one day it rained, we taxied to Walmart to shop for groceries. It was an incredible month.
