This place was awesome from the amazing friendly staff to also being so close walking distance to 5th avenue festivities and as well as to the beach. Place was amazing! Tons of restaurants and bars everything is walking distance including a massive grocery store that has literally everything and well priced. Definitely will return. Oscar you da man!

The property was located just a few steps from all shopping and dining so that was great. The property on the other hand needs some repairs, for example the paint was chipping in the bathroom, the drain cover in the shower wasn’t screwed in and that’s just to name a few. But you get what you pay for so you just want a place to lay your head at during your trip this place is good for you since it’s far from luxury.

Very nice front desk staff. Largfe parking lot is secure and attached to the property. One block to the action on 5th Ave. Quality about what you would expect for a place that offers very inexpensive options. Large room and terrace.

Lovely Mayan hotel close to everything

Loved our stay with the location, staff and amenities. Jungle setting with pool was comfortable and lounge chair area to read and relax good. Noisy fridge was difficult to deal with when sleeping at night.

Nice spot

Stayed for a few days in February and would stay again. Place is older, but the courtyard/pool area is great. Right in town, but feels secluded. Great service by the man who checked me in.

Really old Hotel from the 80's

The hotel is pretty old, looks like no renovations have been carried on since its construction. TV device is a CRT my god from the 90's!!! Cleanness is fair. The worst of all is the internet, no freaking connection from the rooms, you need to go to the front yard to get a fairly decent signal.

Everything was great except that the AC in my room didn’t work and the technician never arrived to fix it. Also, for the price, they should have a little more than just toast and cereal with coffe or Juice!

Nice place for the money. Nice pool. My suite was huge with a kitchen. Breakfast is bread and cereal.
